My name is Stuart Reeves, President & Co-Founder of TSG Executive Search. With more than 25 years of recruiting and talent acquisition experience under my belt. I have been able to work with clients from around the world to place executive talent that have helped drive global organizations to the next level.
My Story
In 1995 I started my career as an assistant to the assistant recruiter in a staffing agency in Phoenix, AZ, that level of recruiter doesn't exist in today's recruiting teams. Over the years I grew within organizations until I was managing global accounts in the semiconductor, aerospace and communications verticals, but my passion was always on the recruiting side of the business. After 15 years on the recruiting agency side I made the move to corporate recruiting where I joined IBM and ultimately American Express managing a team of technical recruiters. My roles grew until I was managing talent acquisition teams around the world making placements in 30+ countries. My specialty lies within the Information Technology, Finance and the Human Resources space for positions at the Director level and above..
